Our first step will be an initial Discovery Call. In this 45 minute call, we will
- Develop clarity around what you’re reaching for at this point in your career. Some examples of common coaching topics I see are self-confidence, career transitions, burnout, imposter syndrome, identifying personal values and purpose, emerging leaders developing their unique voice, and balancing your energy in work and outside of work.
- Ensure we are a good fit for each other. I describe my coaching style as collaborative, supportive, honest, and joyful.
- Orient you to coaching. At a high level, coaching is a forward focused partnership working to get you closer to your clearly identified best self. Coaching is not mentoring, cheerleading, therapy or consulting.
- If the fit feels right, we’ll discuss our next steps (i.e. contract, logistics, etc.)
